Update: 2024-12-12

• Reworked entirety of the "cultural relations tables". Why? because it caused issues with Dwards new grudges mechanics, which is reliant on diplomatic relations. However, a few remain:
  - Cathay and Kislev have 0 instead of 10 attitude affinity
  - Empire and Cathay relations have 0 instead of 10 attitude affinity
  - Dwarfs and High Elves have -15 relations base and increased negative multipler and reduced positive multipler.
  Why only these? Well some make perfect sense imo. Cathay is simply too distant from these order factions to really have any sort of affinities. Dwarfs and High Elves should make sense.
  
  
• Slayer of the God Slayer trait changed diplomatic relation bonus for kislev from +3 to +5
  
  
• Removed the diplomacy capability for Skarsnik and Mutinous Gits from confederating diplomatically. (especially for the opposite way round)
