  • Increased the no-foliage for Salvage to tackle the random mountain spawn blocking buildings.
  • Added one recruitable. Not much to say about him, he acts like Artemis only to a weak extent. I will have some use for him for overhaul patch. He can recruited once Moran is dead.

-Added Artemis to world state ties with Salvage. If he is killed or imprisoned, his town will become ruins.
