Added a sound for picking a card
Survival of the Fittest now only removes 75% of the support items in the map, and no longer drops all currently held support items
Empty Pockets now only removes 75% of the offensive items in the map, and no longer drops all currently held offensive items
Fixed some bugs with damage and damage resistance calculations
Fixed Cauterized being applied at all times
Fixed Cauterized health decay rate calculations
Removed incap health decay modifier from Cauterized

Was not protecting players that had the card when crouching
Reformatted code

* !shuffle, raging bosses, some fixes

Added !shuffle command - Use the command to vote to randomly shuffle the player card choices
Added Raging Ogre and Raging Breaker corruption cards - This makes the bosses spawn a horde when aggro'd
Removed Raging Swarm corrution card
Fixed some issues with the spawn location of hazards and the gnome
Reduced size of Swarm Stream light, adjusted how the light strength changes with distance, and fixed light persisting after the infected has died
