Fixed an issue making it so then the SSL ammo could not be crafted

MK2 hardsuit rebalance and fixes -
Slightly easier to craft but it takes 80 seconds min (60->80)
More defense
Very Slow movement speed

Fixed a money exploit involving the Laser weapons.

Fixed the issue with the inability to craft talent weapons
Adjusted the handcannon:
80 gunshot -> 100 gunshot (1 shot humans into the dying state if shot in the head and unarmored)
50 Bleeding -> 10 Bleeding (So then humans don't die too fast after being 1 shot and can still be saved)
