Hotfix to Let the Honkmother Guide You talent having incorrect description.

- Added Honkmother Commendation, a medal that gives 10xp and the talent Enroll into clown college.
- Added Juggling Commendation, a medal that gives 1xp and cannot be consumed, performs some juggling to get xp, this medal can only obtained from clown starter kit.
- Tweaked Clown base stat, clown loadout now consists of the Commendations instead of snack.
- Spread the Honkmother talent gives the Honkmother Commendation every round, and is also part of the wreck lootpoll when this talent is unlocked. Now honking for clown power makes a bit more senses.
- Assistent loadout now consists one of the 4 snacks, no longer have Tonic Liquid as starting kit.

Added a lot of portable submarine object to craft (Railgun shelf and ammo shelf for security officer, rest for Assistant).
Added 3 new talents for Clown, you can now give command to 2 players to boost them, cannon jump and surprise helm boost/penalty with your honk.
Some Clown talents have been re-balanced or fixed.

This update could be buggy, hope I can sort thing out.
Now that Clown Job is completed, I am planned to release a "Lite" version, in which it only contains Assistant rework and Clown job.

Added Portable Bed and Portable Trash Can, craftable by Assistants (clown can craft Trash Can with Crew Layabout)
Added Large Raptor Bane and Mini Salt bulb.
Plants are a lot more profitable.
Grenade Launcher can launch all small throwables and can be crafted by Security officer.

Fixed Clown Small icon not being Clown
Slightly adjusted the stats of All Pomegrenade variants.

Fixed the regular Massive Metal Crate not unlocking correctly.
Nerfed Hoarder talent, give a storage container (Worth 1 Steel) instead of Massive Metal Crate(Worth 4 steel).

Added Hyper Concentrated Pomegrenade Extract and Raptor Bane Extract, have at least 5 times its effect compared to their base version.
Raptor Bane Extract poison effect lasts 30 seconds, and damages to mudraptor increased from 200 to 299.7, almost enough to one-shot mudraptor vet.
Added Large, Hyper-mutated and stablized Pomegrenade variants, in which you may create a new explosive with hyper-mutated variant.
Pomegrenade Extract now cost 4 Pomegrenade (or 1 Large Pomegrenade / 4 stablized mutated Pomegrenade) to craft (To make it the same as Raptor Bane Extract), healing power increased by 44%.
Pipe Tobacco costs 4 Tobacco Bud to craft (To make it the same as Raptor Bane Extract), cigar is much better at clearing psychosis problems (except Reaper Tax).
All plants matures ~55% faster and have ~90% faster fruit production rate.
Added Mutated Raptor drink to recycle Mutated Raptor Bane (And to serve as a way to make stabilozine)

Hotfix to Auto Oxygen Generating Diving Suit not requiring Field Medic Talent to unlock.
Auto Oxygen Generating Diving Suit and TotalPerformance Suit Requires extra skills to craft effectively.
Hibernation Suit no longer requires extra skills.

Wearing Auto Oxygen Generating Diving Suit for too long will result in nausea, getting Incremental Stuned while wearing it will result in prema-stun until the suit is removed.

- Nerfed the Sharpen Tier again, Nasty Cut goes away even faster.
- Added Auto Oxygen Generating Diving Suit, craftable by Medic, can be used to keep someone implacable and can refill the oxygen tanks when underwater, have even worse speed penalty compared to Abyss diving suit.
- Massive Metal Crate can be Color-Coded
- Massive Storage Containers no longer require paints to color-code.
- Nerfed Energy Candy
- Buffed Energy Drink, now gets the Picking up the slack from Energy Candy.
- Endocrine Booster is made slightly more expensive to craft to offset it added ability to give Clown Talents (Spread the Honkmother, Clown College, Water Prankster)
- Engineer spawns with FPGA circuit.
