EXTENSIVE OVERHAUL

> Expanded entire Bottom Half of ship by 1 sqare to address bot pathfinding problems - were unable to process hull spaces smaller than chest height even with correct waypointing.

> Upgraded to TIER 3

> Correctly wired Bottom turret power. (missing 1 capacitor)
> Removed 2nd upper airlock hatch which was causing BOT pathing issues.

>Added Depth charge Double Click Safety to Lever - you must click twice within 2 seconds to fire. Now you can Fire them on purpose for a change.

>Repositioned Static Coils for coverage of turret Blind spots
>Respositioned Capacitors for easier, less fiddly reloads.
>Added Power Load readout, to sonar monitor - for the energy conscious.
> Made Ducts Indestructible, BOTS often have problems with repairing them.

Rebalanced Armor Plates to 250hp to encourage upgrades (new upgrade system can buff tier 2 subs +80% to 450hp)

Made A.I. a little smarter. (They still can get stuck sometimes)

All turrets can now be upgraded, but - top and bottom share ammo, it may cause a problem.
