HUGE UPDATE
-added option to interact with other players in MP by using 'right click' and inject them with vaccines and virus if you so desire
-every injection but the virus one requires lvl2 first aid now, both in recipes and MP interaction

(side note-using 'right click' only works on MP, so hosted, dedicated servers.. singleplayer will display "Wait for server" and nothing will happen)
