Code changes:
* UITacticalHUD_Inventory replacement changed to be an actual MCO
* Rules now have support for RequiredDLC and ExcludedDLC name arrays

Config changes:
* Added some odd WeaponTechs seen in a few mods to weapon tier colors
* Added support for some new ItemCat's in Savage Items
* Adjusted Armour Upgrades colors to be more unified by stripping existing color from them
* Added Armored Viper corpses to be forcibly recolored because they are inconsistent in the original localization
* Added rules to forcibly recolorize Children Of The King items with the frost color used for all other frost themed items
* Added support for Sundowner enemy mod

Some code improvements, OnlyUnusedItems now checks more things.

Added config support for Viper MAW weapons from Allies Unknown Redux Species: Vipers, Torque Squadmate and Viper King Squadmate.

Changed LW plating color to light_muted_cyan to differentiate them from vests.

Made quest item rules apply to hidden items to make them color the various quest items and rescued civilians with quest color instead of the unused item color.

New rule options:
* Common: OnlyUnusedItems - only match items that are not used for any item/tech/other costs, requirements, quests, etc., equipment is considered unused if it isn't required for other things
* Common: OnlyUnobtainableItems - only match items that cannot be obtained by the player, mods giving you items in non-standard ways will be considered unobtainable by this
* X2WeaponUpgradeTemplate: MutuallyExclusiveWith - mutually exclusive with named upgrade, empty string will only match if MutuallyExclusiveUpgrades of the upgrade is empty

Other code changes:
* OnlyUniqueItems is now a common option instead of being limited to equipment, uses a new array UniqueLootTables to ignore specific loot tables

Config changes:
* Unused junk items are now colored faded gray
* Rocket Launchers' rockets are now colored by tier using common weapon tier colors
* Armour Upgrades non-vest modules are now colored light muted cyan to differentiate them from vest modules

PCS color scheme adjusted, they are now lighter than weapon upgrade colors as the purple was a little too dark.

Added config for Tesla Trooper Class.

Adjusted config for Armour Upgrades to forcibly recolor some items that get skipped otherwise.

Some other config adjustments for grenades and medikits.
