Version 0.4.4:
-Priestess buff. Outsider statues can now be raised in all income locations, heal on temples, and know more spells since they can't really study for more. They also cost 1 AP.
-Outsider buff. Fast Travel and Party Travel now cost 2 AP, allowing the Outsider to gather loose troops for a flanking maneuver or capture an undefended square. Create Otherworld Gate only costs 1 AP, because it was annoying to use.

-Increased cost of elven summons.
