Did comprehensive review of comparative resource abundance.

highlights:

Vassal unit types added:

DARK ELF: Witch Elves. Sisters of Slaughter. Har Ganeth Executioners. Black Dragons.
GREENSKINS: Orc units, and Goblin missile units.
EMPIRE: Gunpowder units (gun wielding units and artillery)
KISLEV: Gunpowder units
ALL ELF: missile units, excluding dark elf medusa. Dragon units.

Resource changes with context:

Iron and lumber are by far the most plentiful resources, at 23 and 18 nodes available in IE, respectively. 8+ of each easily within reach of Chaos start locations. e.g. if you start as Belakor and bee line south east to the grey mountains you can get 4 iron by turn 15. So Iron and Lumber buffs lowered to coincide with that:

- Iron 4 -> 3 armor from iron. iron now grants 2% range to kislev/empire gunpowder units. iron now grants 3% weapon strength to har ganeth executioners, dragon ogres, and orcs.
- Lumber 8/5% -> 3/4% strength to giants and range to marauder. Range now affects goblins.

Gold and Gems are more plentiful than their names would suggest, so their bonuses are down slightly:

- Gold 8% -> 5% weapon strength for greater daemons
- Gems 4/8% -> 3/6% physical resistance for greater daemons / missile strength for lesser daemons

The rest:

- Fur 7 -> 6 armor armor for Leather-wearing Chaos
- Marble now grants 2% ward save to plaguebearers, pox riders, and plague drones.
- Medicine changed: now 4% speed for high base speed units, and 6% for infantry. Added witch elves to the list.
- Obsidian 8% missile damage -> 7%. Now affects elves as well. No longer affects bloodletter damage (moved to ivory). No longer affects plaguebearer damage (replaced with ward save from marble)
- Pasture: Wyrms and Dragons added to pastures. Gorging on cattle makes them fat though. +2% strength/physical resistance, but also -2% speed for each pasture.
- Salt: Now adds +4% missile strength for empire/kislev gunpowder units.
- Spices (Rare Resource): Now adds +4 charge to Screamers. No longer affects Fiends.
- Tusks (Rare Resource): Now adds 10% armor-piercing damage to Bloodletters, Bloodcrushers, and Fiends.
- Wine (Very Rare Resource): Unchanged, might increase by 1 point in later builds.



These numbers are close to a final build.

Possible changes:

- Pastures are very plentiful, so might look at lowering from 3% to 2%, but holding off for now since it's a 33% cut.
- Medicine at 6% speed for infantry is generous, and might scale it to 5%, but most medicine sites are very far from Chaos start locations, so leaving as is for now.
- Wine. There are only 4 sources of this resource (in the entire IE map) because most of the sources on the map are at ports. However, 2 of the sources are in the empire area, 1 is near Valkia's IE start, and the last is near Morathi's IE start, so they are all fairly close. So it might be fine as is.
