Golems now have the Partial Obsolescence passive, which should prevent them from being a chore to kill when they're the only enemies left on the battlefield. They'll lose 10% of their current HP each round so long as they are the only enemies left and they're not already in critical condition.

Made a slight change to Bloodstone weaponry's damage calculations. Instead of 50% of the wielder's ruin skill getting applied to the damage, it is now 40%. This is to avoid making Rotstone weaponry obsolete.
