AFDspecial:
Added new attack: AFDspecial (aerial forward down special...)
-Launches a projectile that pulls enemies down with it.
Pulls enemies for longer if they are at higher %.
-If they hit the ground they will bounce off with higher damage and hitstun than if they didn't.
Old down special is now ABDspecial. (aerial backward down special)

Buffs:
Actually properly implemented last patch's buffs for real this time. I hope.
Dair sweetspot damage 10 -> 11

Nerf:
Uspecial KBS .95 -> .8

Changes:
Another hit sfx overhaul on a bunch of moves. Uair is now ultimate gamefeel
Dspecial no longer automatically transitions from hop to kick when holding special button.

- Added new attack: Bstrong (it's backward strong...)

- Fstrong rework:
Attack startup reduced, and giant hitbox made weaker.
Now has a sweetspot on the cross slash thingy, which is slightly stronger than old fstrong.

- Movement changes:
Ground friction .5 -> .4
Waveland adjusted to feel less clunky- speed from waveland no longer interrupted by walk animation

- Bug fixes:
Fixed a bunch of bugs where hsp flipped when performing actions out of a dash, especially for auto-run keyboard players.

Dtilt damage 6 -> 8

Massive Nerfs:
I changed like, every attack sound except Nspecial or something, and did more volume rebalancing
Most attacks now sound more unique from each other (kinda?) except tilts lol because theyre all the same thing
The 2 versions of fspecial now have significantly different sfx from each other
Also new hit sfx for strongs, dair sweetspot, and empowered fspecial
