Ver 2.2: Overhauls and Weight Gain

This is just a quick update to Paper Mario that just slightly buffs his general stats further and overhauls his Down Special.

- Defense Multiplier has been increased further to 1.2
- Gravity Multiplier has been increased to 1.1
- Down Special now has the Bob-omb partner automatically set off whenever they walk into an opponent, stunning them momentarily while the partner blows up. As such, the damage from the explosion has been significantly nerfed from doing 15 damage and having a base knockback of 10 to only doing 8 damage with a base knockback of 8.

Ver 2.1: Competitively Viable Update

This update changes Paper Mario so he'll be just a smidge more competitively viable.

- Paper Mario's defense multiplier now increased to 1
- Side Tilt's extra hitstun reduced from 0.4 to 0.3
- Up Strong's knockback reduced to 9 and knockback scale reduced to 0.1
- Side Strong's knockback increased to 9 and knockback scale increased to 0.14
- Down Strong's knockback scale increased to 0.14

Ver 2: The SFX Update
Paper Mario now has sound effects from his series to better fit his moveset. Not only that, but Paper Mario has also gained 3 taunts; One neutral, one holding up on the left stick while pressing taunt, and one holding down on the left stick while pressing taunt. And one of 15 partners will come out with Paper Mario to do a pose.
On top of that, Paper Mario has received a number of buffs across the board. I unfortunately can't detail all of them because I have a crappy memory of the stats before I updated him but generally, a lot of his moves increase damage within 1-3%, increased knockback by about 1 or 2, and knockback scaling has increased by 0.01-0.05. I can however detail a few distinct changes in certain moves:
- Side Tilt now adds extra 0.4 hitstun on whoever you hit it with, allowing Paper Mario to set up any potential combos.
- Side and Down Strong hitboxes now come out a frame earlier. Alongside the increased power, you can put some serious damage on your foes.
- Neutral Special adds 0.2 extra hitstun to foes, also allowing for potential combos or just keeping your opponent off your rear end for a bit.

Ver. 1.1: Animation Update
Paper Mario has now received entrance and victory animations.
He has also received the following changes:
- Neutral B now spawns the Goombas a little above the ground so they don't get stuck on the stage terrain.
- Down B has increased the hitbox size, damage from 10 to 12%, and knockback scaling from 0.09 to 0.1.
- Ultra fixed player hit flag clears so now it doesn't hit the opponent as much as it should.
