- if one team has more flag than the other and of of them is being captured, pick that one
- if one team has more flag than the other, pick one of its flag randomly

- Damage is now reduced at the very beginning of the swing animation and at the end.
- Increased the bonus attack given by the flag BonusAgainstShield 2x-> 3.5x.
- Team balancer will now not balance when the rating difference is low.
- Changed ratings parameters to account for disparity between the strongest and the weakest players (still experimental). All character ratings have been reset.
- Swing budget and thrust budget are now separated. The budget is how many points can be spent in a weapon stats.
- Thrust budget increased for all weapons.
- Polearm swing budget reduced.
- Because archers preferred playing without auto-reload, three experimental bows with auto reload were removed. This has been done to let the community try playing without auto-reload. We aim to remove auto-reload on all bows, but first we want to gather feedback from the community.
- All horses names redone and new legendary mount added above tier 10.

- Use custom class division to spawn an agent. Part of the big hack to make the cRPG skills work was to spawn a random class division from native and override things like skills and equipment on it. We had some issues were the perks were still applied and applied others hack until it looked like it was working but we were never 100% sure. Now there is a dedicated class division for cRPG that has no perks. @takeo
- Double experience gained during prime-time (different for each region). @takeo
- Most of the crashes are well known-issues for which we wait for TW fixes. To avoid waiting we now patched the bugs (using the Harmony library). You can expect much more stable servers. @takeo

- Fixed the damage inconsistency by normalizing the sweet spot on the blade across all melee weapon. @Namidaka
- Old weapon could not be used anymore because the new damage formula would have resulted in weapon damage between 7 and 18 so all melee weapons have been reworked. This took a huge amount of work but thanks to the new crafter team, we managed to redo the 250+ weapons in a short period of time. We will closely monitor the new balance of weapons and it is likely that we will do several balancing patches during the next week.

- Adjusted the movement speed formula that allowed strength build to be way too fast with heavy armor. @Namidaka
- Adjusted the reward formula so the ratio between x1 and x5 is now 3 when in the last patch it was 1.47. @Namidaka
- Banners have been reintroduced for donors of $5+ on the Patreon. It was already introduced in v27 but was quickly removed because it was making the server crash. @takeo
- Fixed inactivity limit on siege that was still 45s when it should have been 90s since the last patch. @takeo
- Fixed time in inactivity notification that said "kick in 1 minute" when it's actually 15 seconds before the kick. @takeo
- Avoid kicking players using a siege weapon. @takeo
- Limited max experience multiplier given by retirement to 48% (some players were getting dangerously close to that limit). @takeo
- Shuffle maps only once so each map should be played before playing a map a second time. @takeo
