- Adjusted Shifty Cow weighting, should be much less frequent.
- Also tweaked dextro frequency as well - let me know if you're seeing the dextro-modifier apply to non-dextro worlds now.
- Corrected issue with "The Eye" planetary feature being possible on any world.

- Updated Modifier/Subclass event - shouldn't see duplication of subclass modifiers on planets
- Optimized dextro modifier, should now only appear on dextro worlds.
- Added missing picture for Hothouse Worlds
