Version 1.3

Major Overhaul
Ship length & width adjusted to be closer to Star Wars Lore at a 1/10th (now 113mx54m) Scale.
More PD and swapped Heavy with normal Laser Blasters to closer fit in lore Armament.
Focus on Maximum Deck Cannon uptime WIP
and slightly better shielding

Version 1.2
Slight update to crew assignments
Added Disruptors and more PD
Switched from only Ammo to Sulfur and factories so the Deck Cannons can shoot longer
And some Paint Updates
