Removed the ladder in medbay as a recent game update appears to have broken how the bots use the waypoints here, it's not necessary anyway as the bots can easily move up and down to fix the small pump or weld the floor without it.

Also removed the platform in the battery room, this too was causing problems for bots and isn't really required. Waypoints tidied up to match.

Placed a large steel cabinet over the medium cabinet that was linked to the fabricator and deconstructor, giving a lot more item slots in anticipation of the removal of Storage Containers. Added a second crate rack in the upper airlock access room for additional storage.

Added a button to the battery array to toggle main batteries on/off, works the same as the nav console battery button.

Fixed Aft Airlock outer hatch not showing as an external hatch in sub editor (probable cause of random bot suicide).

Fixed bugs affecting bots accessing the Aft Airlock inner hatch and welding Aft Airlock outer hull. Added extra storage in ballast tanks and a battery charging point on the main deck.
