Fixed a few nodraw issues; fixed a few issues regarding the skybox ontop of making it more consistent with the coming map; cleaned a lot of the blood up in the sewers; made the canal more traversable; added in some more lights that were turned off; fixed a sign that was broken; updated the hill, very large intersection, and one of the overlooks to be a bit more visually interesting.
