Minor change to the mod_info.yaml file per the March QoL update, no functionality changes.

No new features, just removed some log spam, and reduced some UI visibility updates since they have fairly high processor impact. I doubt anyone will notice anything either way, but still.

Configuration settings:
Turn on/off category headers (disables the collapsible headers, group-sorting pins by category.)
Highlight colors can be customized
Alpha blending can be customized.

Category state is tracked individually across asteroids, and saved in save files.

Found and fixed a potential crash during creation of a new world if you click through dupe creation quickly enough.
