Reduced oil in Africa, when I made my list of all states with oil I realized that I had given them a bit too much

-Adjusted starting buildings and trade routes in South America
-Adjusted iron in Bohemia&Moravia
-Added whales to the Azores
-Added some more opium to China
-Added some coffee to the Philippines
-Added a little bit of lead to Laos
-Changed the way the mod edits some files to make it a bit more compatible with other mods
-Probably some more migration tweaks not sure if I uploaded those before also it's really annoying how cultural migration is broken (FIX THE 1 January 1 THING ALREADY PDS!)

-Increased base colonial growth generation and max colony growth to compensate for the change to wars with natives and my changes to malaria
-Actually implemented the patch changes to wages for real now
