Compatibility update for DayZ 1.28

Additionally:

* The HUMVEE has received back its automatic transmission, now tuned to be much more "sporty."

* Suspension settings have been adjusted for all vehicles except the M3S truck. Vehicles now bounce less on uneven roads.

* Minor brakes adjustments have been made to some vehicles.
