Fixed cannon's ability to take down incoming projectiles and missiles.

TL;DR: Reduced damage, range and turret speed, increased power cost and projectile speed (to match point defense). Added new targetting mode for incoming fire.

If your turret behaves strangely, select it and make sure to check its targetting mode.

This update should bring this weapon more in line with other weapons. If you like different setting (and many of you surely do), I suggest you to see the mod's description about how to override stuff.

Damage per shot reduced from 250 to 150.
Range reduced from 250 to 225.
Turret speed reduced from 360 to 180.
Projectile speed increased from 125 to 350 (equal to point defence).
Power use (per second) increased from 1 to 2.

Due to number of requests, autocannon now has three modes allowing you to choose what targets to prioritize - ship parts, incoming projectiles and missiles, or both, basically letting you use it instead of the original point defense (which I don't really like).
