[Sand Box Only] Megacorp Ascended Empires are not allowed to build branch offices on closed borders.

This is done for mod compatibility.

General:
Update has been released.

Compatibility with ZOFE 4.0 and Stellaris 3.7.*.

Balance:
Now allowed to build on countries with closed borders on the Ascended Mega Corp, this is to address 4.0 allowing Ascended empires to go through closed borders.

Market Nexus Alpha now provides a big bonus boost to Unity, 0.5 influence and country trade protection when fully upgraded.

An oversight in the code that didn't make it work before which will now provide Branch Office Value Multiplier of 10% and Trade Value Multiplier by 5% per level (Max 50%/25% respectively).

Cathedral of Prosperity now gives 5 Unity per pop on the planet (increased from 4 -> 5).

Changes are adjustment of numbers across a lot of branch buildings, everything except spiritualist branch buildings will provide minimally LESS than before and is considered more costly, the ZOFE Megacorp production remains unchanged, this is done to make it so other empires aren't benefiting from it much in compensation of Market Nexus being buffed.

Universal Interest Research:

Trade Value: 15% -> 20%
Diplomatic Weight from Economy: 15% -> 25%

  • Fixed a bug where Corrupted Court wasn't showing up for empires with Criminal Dominion civic.
  • Fixed a bug where "Borders Closed" prompt would show "{" instead of the correct localization.
  • Updated Prophets of the Masses job icon.
  • Civics that are picked at the start of the game will be now restored to the MegaCorp upon turning Lost Empire and then Re-Ascending again this targets Criminal MegaCorps.

"trade_league_conversion" is no longer overriden by the mod and instead will add the "alloy" conversion accordingly when the civic is equipped or not.

Also supports on_single_player_save_game_load, meaning you don't need a new file to run this mod correctly, kinda wonky in multiplier so careful.

Added a global_flag "zofe_megacorp_installed" at the beginning of the game.

Either check that global flag or simply call has_zofe_mc = yes

The pirates are simply no longer hippy and cool, why? So people can read it better. Oh well.
