BIG UPDATE!!!!

-Added field medicine, as well as changing vaccines to time accurate variants
-Fixed some spelling errors
-Nerfed Insurgents marginally
-National soldier buff initiatives buff more than previously
-Global price decreases on many items
-Made the prisoners initiative back into a rollout. Works as limited but cheaper and better security rollouts.

Does this make 'normal' any easier??
Probably not.

FINALLY added back telecoms, which were apparently a necessity, oopsies.

Also added German assistance, for the right price of course.

As well as additional playtesting.

Update 7/14/23:
Added government options (probably not balanced), fixed the prisoner initiative (no longer can be rolled out) and added an option to get a tank (also, probably not balanced).
