I removed herbal painkillers and now you get regular painkillers from brewing. Still left the item itself into the game and an extra debug recipe that lets you convert the old items to new without any cost. I made this change because after many tens of hours of gameplay and testing various things I discovered that painkillers are just with too simple general mechanic to have a need to be divided into two - at least in this kind of mod. I will make them more complex in my new health overhaul mod.

Disinfecting a wound now takes only -2 hunger off of alcohol, it was previously -10.
