Redid the hitboxes on Fair, Bair, Ftilt and Dair so that Kel cannot hit behind himself, or in front in the case of Bair.
Added a small speed boost to aerials to help make up for the now smaller hitboxes and Kel's lack of range.

Fixed the CSS not scrolling correctly when reloading.

Fixed the lack of a Crystalized hurt sprite, added it to Kel's files.

Fixed a bug where Kel doubles in size if crystalized.

Implemented Hyuponia's Changelog Template so that you can view patchnotes in playtest.

Added Force Flinch 1 to the first hit of Jab.
Added Hit Lockout 10 to all the last hits of each Strong (DStrong's Hit Lockout is also context sensitive depending on the number of hits)
Made a few changes to Up Special, on hit it can now be attack cancelled and the move doesn't put you into pratfall if you hit someone with it (it will still go into pratfall if you miss though).
Removed the unnecessary Whifflag on NSpecial and FSpecial

Changed the depth of the damage numbers so that they appear over the "Hey" effect from DSpecial

Fixed the custom galaxy button on the CSS changing alt when you press it.

Kel's NSpecial and FSpecial no longer put him into Parry Stun if Parried.

The projectiles are now able to change ownership if parried.

The projectiles are no longer immune to Clairen's plasma stun field and can be bashed by Ori. They are also not trascendent.

Basically all properties that shouldn't be on a normal projectile have been removed.

AI has been given a boost on the higher difficulties with significantly better tracking.

Renamed Alt 18 on the CSS to "Golden Balls" (this is important OK!)

Fixed the victory music being too loud (basically wound up just copying the file from Basil since its the same theme)

Fixed an issue where Kel's sprites would change size when being hurt.

Outline on the portrait, char_select, results screen and preview is now thicker.

The same is also true of the default custom galaxy effect.

Fair sourspot damage 3 -> 5
Fair sweetspot damage 6 -> 8

Restored the old damage values

Fair knockback, base knockback reduced by 1 on both spots and also reduced knockback scaling by 0.25.

Made the custom galaxy effects a toggle so that you can turn them off if they are too distracting.
