AI will no longer try to attack in practise mode if set to any setting other than FIGHT

Altered the damage numbers to not display when getting hit by Tonberry

Made some microoptimisations in certain files

Normalised Kel Jab by making it so that the second Jab actually has its own startup and reducing the duration of each hit by 2 frames.

Also normalised Strongs by moving the charge window.

Changed the colour of the Ball HUD

Angry emotion nerfed, 3 extra damage -> 2 extra damage
Move cooldown of 100 added to DSpecial on use.
This means DSpecial can no longer be infinite comboed into itself.
Icon added to HUD for this new cooldown.

Added Gold Sheen to Golden Balls alt (18) after the functionality was taken away via a Rivals update. The new sheen is custom coded to replicate the old effect.

Bugfix, inputting USpecial after hitting someone and therefore exiting in idle will not send Kel randomly flying into the air.

v1.19

- Increased extra hitpause on first hit of Fstrong and most of Dstrong
- Made UStrong window sfx more consistent (while also changing it to be less than a refrence) which also has a vfx
- Changed Ustrong's animation to work more fluently in the air (also removing the last frame)
- Dattack has somewhat better readbilty with a vfx with lower air friction, also more hitpause
- Dair has an actual sweetspot and sourspot with a change in the sprite for range
- Bair has a change in the sprite for more range.
- Dtilt has a resprite and has decreased damage and window time
- Jab has better range
- Uair has slightly more range and Kel actually moves his head back instead of snapping back into postion (meaning the sound for that is also gone)
- Nair smear was altered
- Land and start up are less exaggerated
- Victory theme is quieter
- Offscreen sprite is colormapped correctly
- Slightly tweaked baller alt
- Added Early Access alt
- USpecial has had its sprite direction stuff fixed so that Kel no longer flips upside down.
- Thinned portrait lines
- Altered the icon to be more visible and closer to tdude Omori.

Fixed tap jump cancelling NSpecial and FSpecial not returning the ball to Kel and playing the appropriate effects as a result.

Also altered these moves so that stick inputs for Strongs count towards cancelling them.
