Adjusted when sound effects play on all moves.
Jabs and Tilts have some momentum on them now to help with short range, depending on whether you were moving or not

Buffs:
UStrong has additional height to allow it to hit top platform.
Bair damage 4 -> 6
FSpecial has been doubled in speed
NSpecial now inflicts sadness on hit, taking the properties of Kel's Snowball attack from Omori. It doesn't do extra damage to Sad enemies though, this is to keep FSpecial have some more of a use and not be totally invalidated. Yes, this means that his Neutral Special now makes you cry about it!
You can now cancel FStrong into USpecial (Yes, he can nuke now!)

Nerfs:
Utilt total damage 10 -> 7
Fair sourspot damage 5 -> 3
Fair sweetspot damage 8 -> 6
Emotion timer 600 frames -> 400 frames
Dspecial damage 2 per hit -> 1 per hit (With Angry it was doing about 17% on hit)

Changes:
Jab 1 Angle 361 -> 60 (This makes it easier to cancel into tilts and still hit)

Added custom galaxy effects, these are different depending on the emotion of the KO'd opponent but there's also a special one for the Kel Nuke

Additional effect added to DSpecial to make it clearer where the hitbox is.

Added Palutena's Guidance compatibility

Removed stray debug messages

Added an overlay to the CSS to display when other player cursors are over the CPU page so that they can turn damage numbers on and off.

Made it so that "Miss" only appears if damage numbers are turned on when you get parried.

Added a short 20 frame cooldown to FSpecial to prevent it being spammable on jump cancel.

Changed the sound effect of Fair to a normal Rivals sound effect to make it sound less sharp.

Fixed the wonky rotation of the arrow on NSpecial, it now rotates properly and is more accurate as to where it is aiming.

Echo issues on sound effects should be fixed now, was trying to resolve an issue with sound effects being too quiet, went back and re-edited the files to make them louder.

Replays involving Kel no longer crash the game.

Also Kel now properly works with Adventure Mode.

Added a toggle button for damage numbers so that you can turn them off if they are too distracting. On by default, but can be changed on the CSS.
Made hitboxes slightly bigger for Jab, Ftilt, Dtilt, Nair, Bair, Uair, Dair, Fair, FStrong, UStrong and Dstrong, so most moves basically

Adjusted the hurtbox of USpecial in the Run part to align it closer to the hurtbox
