MOD UPDATE — YOUR NEW EMPIRE — PATCH 3.0

Your New Empire — Big Boy Update:
It's finally here! After 4 months of endless script errors, startup crashes, and so much learnt from the many gracious people on the Modding Den, the new update to Our New Empire is here! Thank you very much to everyone that's helped make this happen, especially Groove Wizard, Acephelos, Xoudad, Fifty Tifty, The Inquisitor, and graetor!

Patch Notes:
All the standalone mods have been added along with a bunch more features. Full details for all these changes are on the YNE mod page. Looking for feedback in particular on the [Beta] Secessions and Civil Wars feature. There may be new bugs as a result of the update, please report them if you find any.

Grand Army of The Empire:
• A new mechanic which allows you to raise a 'Grand Army of The Empire' at the settlement of any Elector State using Prestige.
• Button to raise army is located on the settlement hud bar.

Elector Count State Troops:
• EC units units now cost prestige in the EC State Troops units pool.
• EC units can now be recruited from landmarks across the Empire.
• Replaced 4 EC State Troops units:
- Knights of the Everlasting Light → graetor's Knights of the Everlasting Light
- Knights of Morr → graetor's Drakenhof Templars
- The Stubborn Bulls → graetor's Knights of the Bull
- The Noble Sons Abroad → graetor's Knights of the Black Bear
• Moved the Noble Sons Abroad to the RoR pool.
• Added a new event which triggers when an EC unit is unlocked.

Prestige:
• Added a Prestige to Imperial Authority button on the resources bar.
• Added a Prestige income per turn effect to 4 Imperial Authority levels.

[Beta] Secessions and Civil Wars:
• A new mechanic modelled off Rome 2's Civil Wars and Secessions mechanic: internal secessions occur for the player where the Empire Secessionists return taking 1/6th of your settlements. The secession risk is visible on the resources bar.
• Reworked the vanilla Civil War mechanic: rather than all Electors declaring war on you, Electors with below 4 fealty declare war, those with 4+ side with you but you and the Electors on your side lose e.g. 1/6 of their settlements to secessionists.
• Cooldown on internal secessions for the first 40 turns. After 3 secessions a civil war will be triggered.
• Can be disabled with MCT.

Buildings:
• Added 10 new landmarks, 7 by me, 2 by graetor, 1 by The Inquisitor.
• Roads buildings movement bonus effects now apply to the whole province rather than the settlement region.

Diplomacy:
• Reworked the geopolitics changes with new trade agreements, military access, wars, alliances forced at the state of the campaign including for Cataph's TEB and SCM's Marienburg.
• Added prop joe's Expanded Electoral Machinations and implemented it into YNE's fealty-based diplomacy feature.
• Military access removes fog over factions' settlements like how alliances work.
• Elector States with over 4 fealty have fog removed over their settlements, and added an event to notify the player when this occurs / is removed.

General Changes:
• Added a new healing ability 'Shallya's Mercy' to Arch Lectors and Warrior Priests.
• Added the missing Return to Elector settlement occupation options for Electors that are your allies / vassals.
• Removed the 150+ relations requirement (for now) for the Constitutional Crossroads dilemma for Elector States but it remains for Wulfhart, Volkmar, and Marienburg.
• Disabled the previously added missions until I can figure out fix for their bug where they occur for non-empire factions.
• Wulfhart and Volmkar can no longer negotiate confederation with Marienburg.
• YNE is now fully compatible with Fifty Tifty's All Diplomatic Options.
• Redone the Von Carstein Captured dilemma to still work when the Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords is enabled (not tested this need feedback to confirm it works).
