fixed emon chasing and rooting to be less annoying (removed all vermin rooting and hunting tags)

added more descriptive noble screen descriptions of renamed nobles (only takes effect on new world)

Changed roclet bones from steel to normal bone to bring them closer in line with other playable races in combat. They still kick butt in unarmored melee, but are less dominant in armored combat against larger sized enemies.

Fixed all errors that were causing reports to 'errorlog.txt'

Save breaking.

Fixed bug with Emon saddlebags, I had improperly declared the tile page so that it was 32 pixels too large, and that caused really strange behavior where the displayed layer was stretched out by ~1/3.
Slightly darkened out lines on older roclet sprites to improve visual clarity.

Save compatible.

Bugfixes:
Emons were improperly defined and not able to carry items for trade.
this was fixed by adding [PACK_ANIMAL] and [WAGON_PULLER] to their creature file.
This bug fix revealed an unresolved (and maybe unresolvable) issue with their saddlebags graphics, so I disabled those going forward.
Some nobles were improperly defined to be appointed by no one, so I corrected that.
The trade agreement responsibility was defined to one of those nobles, so you should be able to make trade agreements in future worlds (the noble updates do not get applied to existing worlds, whether or not they would be save breaking eg changing text description of a noble position).

Moved the form colony trade agreement responsibility from lieutenants to generals to ensure that they actually exist in the world.
Should be save compatible because the generals will already exist in history.
