- Reduced the maximum effects of the Consecrated Worlds AP from +32% monthly unity/+16% empire-wide amenities/+32% government ethics attraction -> +30% monthly unity/+15% empire-wide amenities/+30% government ethics attraction (as a response to introducing the recent faction loyalty change from consecrated Gaias, unity and GEA values still higher than vanilla)

- Made the Consecrated Worlds AP give +5% Traditionalist faction approval *per*, instead of *any*, consecrated Gaia world
- Changed the Very Strong trait to cost 3 -> 2 trait points, but lowered the increased cost per slave with this trait from +2000 -> +1500 EC
