Over 200 new names added, most specifically with the "evil" tag for evil entities. Changed name load method to better mesh with other mods.

The names will now appear for humans, as well. If people dislike this, I can change it and make human names appear with the normal DF human names.

LOTS of bug fixes. The mod should now work without needing to change the mod order.
