Placed a gold gravity hammer on Pelican Hill in the mission Cortana

Update 1.7

New equipment type: Portable Garrison
Spawn friendly reinforcements such as marines, workers, ODSTs, Elites
Rare chance of spawning Hero characters (miranda, johnson or shipmaster)
Reinforcements expire after 3 minutes (spontaneously combust)

Added new schematics to all custom weapons
Added new schematic for toolboxes and other equipment

Custom Font for new weapon pickup strings (showing schematics)
(Star denotes gold weapon, skull denotes supercharged weapon)

Silenced SMG
Needler (thanks to thefluffles for letting me use his dual needler animations)

Existing Weapon Changes:
Descent Gun - removed overheat
Longer targeting range for tank/gauss turrets on the hornets
New reload animation for the gold shotgun

Character change for 343 Guilty Spark (he drank a redbull)

Lord Hood Boy now personally delivers gold weapons to the players
Lord Hood Boy will also throws traps at the player

Marines now drop gold weapon ammo packs
Elites now have cloaking and throw down deployable cover
Flare brutes now attach superflare to self when they berserk

Some floodcarriers now spawn flood pureforms on death

Red toolboxes now spawn in clusters
Updated toolbox spawn rates and balance

Balance changes to certain encounters

Bug Fixes
Elites no longer spawn without weapons after landing on the 3rd tower on the covenant

Crows Nest: Moved script for LHB's door entry in the command center to a different thread (dormant script), fixing bug that broke the level. The original script allowed for the player to progress beyond the insertion index before the encounters were loaded in.

Fixes audio and visual bugs, as well as improves stability.

Fixed significant bugs (like the flood turning on arbiter before confronting Truth, hathog on trenchrun dying when landing jumps, certain weapons couldn’t break crystals, etc)
Designed new Roster for spawning weapons and traps (rebalanced weapon availablity and traps)
Better mine placement in claustrophobic areas of the map
Removed overlapping minefield zones that caused the players to be barraged with mines

LANGUAGE
Better language support [The pickup strings for new weapons/equipment will be shown in english for all languages]
Removed incoming grenade danger dialogue for all marines (some are obsessed with pineapples)
Fixed subtitles (removed cortana dialogue)
