Switched back to the old method because for some reason replacing the env maps does not work even if properly formatted or whatever supported vtf version.

however i redid this to be cleaner than how i originally did it since i found a more optimal way.

Redid the shine remover in a more optimal way, instead of editing vmt files, this replaces all of the envmaps to be a black single pixel, saves a quarter of the space and can keep compatibility with vmt edits.

Added a few things i missed, added a single sound that valve forgot to add in a scripted moment using a sound from the Alpha, as HL1 retail also lacked this sound entirely.
