Alright so I updated this for traitor update and EHA updates as of oct 24, 2023

Added the new Marauder and Clown combat outfit w/ helmet.

Adjusted stats and armor to reflect other EHA/PFA changes

Reverted and removed hardsuit battery attempts as they were scuffed and not actually affecting battery life correctly.

Renegade Plate Carrier was missing the mediumitem tag

fixed field pack to new version, new suit redone

hardsuit battery extended, defense reduced

new uniform JE/PFA compatible

backpacks seem fine, EHA ones don't seem to have changed?

Backpack rebalanced and fixed
