Update: 8 Sep, 2023 @ 9:08am

A small maintenace update to ensure the submod functions properly with last base mod update.
It also includes some of the changes we had been working on.
Changes:
-Fixed the bug that prevented to play custom battles with the submod active
-Updated sea zones to prevent potential unstability issues.
-Fixed some ais (such as poland) that had been accidentally lobotomized, so some factions should now be more agressive, also added a whole bunch of new ai personalities (from med 2) so some factions should hopefully do more culturally apropriate recruitment.
-Fixed Bulgaria having russian names in campaign instead of bulgarian ones.
-Improved range for most ranged units (further unit updates still remain in the work)
-Noticeably increased campaign movement range for naval units, also slightly increased campaign movement range for light cavalry units and agents.
-Implemented a new feature in the remaster that gives bonuses to settlements the higher the public order is (which makes settlement managament a bit more interesting): specifics, settlements get an increasing income bonus the further above 120 po they are (this bonus is however not big enough to compensate for lowering taxes), settlements get 2 turns of unit recruitment when above 180 po and 2 turns of building when above 200.
