Study Multiplier now has an impact again

Studying now applies a multiplier to XP earned similar to skill books
You can now update written entries every hour instead of waiting for midnight

Fixed error in Player.lua line 157
Characters with traits should now be able to read diaries just fine. (Also works on diaries before this change)
