Added new tiers of Imperial Capitals.
Changes hierarchy and how to build them.
- From the vanilla last tier you can upgrade to imperial capital T1
- From the last avb tier and imperial capital you can upgrade to T2

Imperial Capital T1 is used only to upgrade buildings that need maximum fully upgraded capital.
Imperial Capital T2 is used to build to max needed capital.
That mean Imperial Capital T1 allows a lower amount of buildings to be upgraded.

New tier for Natural Design Civic.
This building scale with every 2 planetary ascension tier.
For vanilla with max planetary ascension tier and ascension perks give +13 unity from medical workers and +32,5% growth speed.

Introducing Mega Builders feature
After researching Mega Engineering and Capital T6 (T4 for Hives) it's enabled to research.
Disabled when installed with BERG (until feedback and fixes) and for AI.
Few buildings have shortened building times.

Buildings affected:
  • Research labs T4-T6
  • Commercials T3-T5
  • Strongholds T3-T5
  • Bureaucratics T4-T6
  • Temples T4-T6
  • Uplink Node T4-T6
  • Synaptic T4-T6
  • Sacrificial Temples T4-T6
  • Organic Sanctuaries T3-T5



Graph representing building time in days with and without Mega Builders Tech on example researched labs.
Graph doesn't calculate building speed modifier, so the numbers in most cases will be much lower
On the left are represented values for time building certain tiers. On the right are represented sums of time buildings until that certain tier is reached. To get 6th tier Research lab instead of 8540 days (~= 285 months ~= 24 years) you will be able to get this in 4990 days (~=167 months ~= 14 years) it's almost 42% less time needed.
