Bugfix:
- Workbench wasn't being referenced properly, so you effectively didn't need it to dismantle guns.
- Removed ItemTweaker dependency.

Additions:
- New Recipe "Disassemble Gun Attachment": allows you to break down scopes, sights, lights, lasers etc.
- New Magazine "D.I.Y Crafting for Idiots Vol. 4 (Gun Part Disassembly)" to enable to above crafting option. same spawning places as the other workshop magazines.
