Additions:
-Crusher's Army has a new, unique tree to call its own! Make sure to check it out (sorry if there's a few bugs)
-New Crusher Portrait!
-New interactions between Austin and the Texas Economic Union after taking "The Failure of the Union Speech"
-Progress reports on mutant sterility after you take "The Best Possible Solution"
-The natural disasters have event pictures now (yay!)
-50+ new events!

Changes:
-Adjusted the values for Crusher's Revolt, it should happen more often, and it's easier for him to get a larger caliber, be careful!
-Crusher starts with more, stronger units to give players a fighting chance (AI still loses by default)

Fixes:
-Lots of them, I forgot to write down all the fixes I made between the last update and now, but due to community feedback, a fair bit of the bugs have been squashed, I request that y'all continue to be transparent about the screwups that make it through, it really does help :)
-Localization bugs
-A Youtube link that somehow got in one of the events, again unsure how that happened

OWB EXPANDED TECH PATCH

This submod should now be functional with silverfishv9's expanded tech mod for owb
