Due to a coding problem, events weren't working right, causing events to fire instantly

Now that it's fixed, it takes too long to fire so the MTTH was reduced from 45 months to 8

Power corrupts update

-fixed an issue with the on_actions file

-corruption now increases unrest but decreases all_power_cost. It can help you stabalize the realm.
Or destroy it.

-Corruption increases from being a large empire.

DIE BORDERGORE DIE update!

Reworked revolt wars.

Revolt wars can be declared for about 20 years after the revolt event fires. Occupied provinces are instantly annexed during revolt wars, and empires with revolts can't declare a revolt war on another empire with a revolt.

Added a clause to "large empire" modifiers to prevent gaming the system with culture conversion.

New update: Stability of an Empire.

Governing capacity increases unrest the more you go over it.

Territories have -50% governing capacity instead of -75% now.

Governing capacity is increased or reduced by various factors like Monarch skill.

Legitimacy increases (and decreases if below 50) unrest by twice as much

Tolerance and Intolerance unrest effect sliced in half

4 unrest for provinces of not-accepted culture, 1 for brother culture (culture group but not accepted)

War Exhuastion unrest sliced in half.

Various negative unrest buffs reduced.

AI Assist has been REMOVED due to AI doing well under the new mechanics, in other words the AI no longer really needs cheats, so it's been removed. EDIT: Well that didn't last long. AI assist is back.

Various effects have been rebalanced, such as AE impact from "optimistic".
