- Revamped the event, adding:
-- 2 unique options for when the Devout interest group is in power,
-- 3 unique options for when the Intelligentsia interest group is in power,
-- 1 unique option for when the Armed Forces interest group is in power,
-- 1 unique option for when either the Industrialists or Petit Bourgeois interest group is in power,
-- 1 unique option for countries with:
--- Only Devout in power,
--- Either Central American, Mayan, or Mexican as their primary cultures,
-- 1 special option which only appears after 1895.

- Added seven new modifiers for above events, including ones which affect:
-- Interest group approval,
-- Turmoil,
-- University throughput,
-- Research bonuses for specific technologies,
-- Research bonuses for specific tech-trees.

- Updated localisation folder,
- Removed the event 'comet.sighted2' (the options for this event are now included in the main event)
- Fixed bug in modifier file,
- Fixed on_action file,
- Removed Herobrine.
