(Paradox added a line, max_manpower, for combat units. It worked but only half way: 5 barracks for units of 600 people would result in 3 units of 1,000 people and 0 for the rest. This is terrible quality assurance, please don't code like Paradox does)

Global Ecological Collapse has been reworked into a "Post-Apocalyptic Mode". In addition, you can enter "Post-Apocalyptic Mode" with game rule setting at the beginning of a new game.

As a late Easter egg, game rule induced "The world is destroyed" event now feature Meme options on "why is the world destroyed" and 10 meme events. Enabled it in game rules.
