(FF lacked suitable counterplay, and the counterplay to Rewind (camping) was a little too strong. Lowering the damage requirement but removing the state on hit should help her advantage while encouraging engagement).

Shine nerfed and now similar to zetter.
- Hitstun reduced from 1.5 -> .7
- Scaling increased from .25 -> .3
- Removed Drift and SDI multiplier.
- Damage reduced from 6 -> 4
- Now Techable

+ USpecial Pillar now lifted a bit higher.
+ DSpecial Projectile Base KB decreased from 9 -> 7.

Desirae Rewind State now only triggers when the opponent is in the hitstun state.
SDI and Drift Multiplier 1x have been added to all attacks outside of shine.
= Sand Pillars stay consistent with original color despite alts, player indicator arrows are added if another Desirae is detected.

Rewind Rework
- When an hourglass hits the enemy player, they are now prepped to rewind.
- If desirae is able to 25% damage during a short timer, the opponent is placed into full rewind.
- Rewind Prep state goes away on parry and on death.
- Rewind empowered sand pillars will automatically grant full rewind due to the nature of the setup


Dspecial
+ Frame data nerfs reverted

Uspecial
+ Sand pillars empowered by rewind last longer 300>500

Fspecial
+ Now bounces desirae when hitting a wall

Fair
+ flipped the KB, less base knockback but more scaling to encourage combos.
