I doubt it will happen very often at all (especially if it is frame perfect) as I don't even know how it happened in the first place, only a guess due to circumstances, but figured it would be something to report.

new patch i just uploaded should fix it. i accidentally had it set to pratland on parry instead to pratfall.
Additionally, some new tweaks based on feedback from the Extended Workshop Community server, ustrong buffs, and dspecial nerfs.
Also, her d-air seems a bit silly. The spike is pretty strong and it spikes for the entire duration of the move's hitbox. Not to mention it's really fast.
SHE'S SPICY!!
Funnily enough i originally wanted to make inkling but as a rivals OC who used sand. slowly over time, she just turned into falco with extra steps. As for her visual design, that was mostly inspired by my fondness over the visuals of Ashe from Overwatch. Normal lizards arent represented in BC so everything kinda came together!
One other thing I might change is up strong. It doesn't seem very good between the small hitbox and low kill power, and it doesn't even seem that fast. The tracking on held N-Special to knock the hourglass around could also use a bit of work.
accelerated solely allows time shift, access to unique jab 3, and access to fast forward bullet stacks.
Also I find it a bit unclear what her "accelerated" state does. Besides being able to use Time Shift it seems like it reduces the endlag on her attacks but I can't say for sure, and anything else is too subtle for me to have noticed.
