July 1 update

The base CEv2 mod has been updated to work with the lastest version of GoH, thus, the dev build of the mod is no longer required.

- Slight tech tree rebalances, both in terms of pathing and RP.
* Soviet officer RP fixed.
- Changes have been made to the earliest possible day when the AI can field certain infantry on when it's on defense, such as panzerfaust/Bazooka units to be in line with the latest CEv2 update.
- Changed some min/max stages for certain vehicles.
- Fixed some potential crashes relating to USMC units.

- maCEv2 has been updated to prepare for the launch of the new GoH patch.
* All the new infantry units have been added to their respective faction rosters.
* Alliances (USG/USR/GRU) can field the new infantry units on both defensive and offensive missions.

- RP costs have been adjusted to fit that of CEv2.
- RP costs of new units have been altered to better suit CEv2.
- Some units have had their MP costs increased, and some decreased.
- A lot of decimal CP fixes
Note: The adjustment of MP/RP/CP is an on-going process and might not necessarily be done.

- Fixed some breed descs, changed some descs etc.,

* All 3 major factions have had their tech trees slightly revamped as per the introduction of new infantry, but also because to avoid looking at a bloated maze when pathing through the tree.

This new update to the maCEv2 compatibility patch adds the Alliances mechanic found in mods such as CEv2 for even more fun!

* Added alliances from CEv2 and made them compatible with maCEv2:
- you can now fight against USSR & Germany.
- you can now fight against USSR & USA.
- you can now fight against USA & Germany.

* All of the aforementioned Alliances will fully feature the extensive roster of vanilla, CEv2 and MACE units, small arms weaponry, and other things on both Defensive and Offensive combat operations.
- Added US Marines, US Paratrooper Marines as well as US Marine Raiders and their respective Mechanized vehicles to both the player and AI roster
- Added some early RPD LMGs and AS44 ARs to various late-war USSR units (AI/Player).
- Added an assortment of other small arms featured in MACE (AI/Player).



* Some slight tweaks to CP and MP cost (CP/MP costs are not final, please provide suggestions if you feel they're a bit off).

* Minor changes to min_stage for certain new non-vanilla type units.

* Fixed some breed issues (there are more to fix, yay).

Load order remains the same (CEv2 MACE maCEv2).
