Ash Muton rifle (BM tier) now requires the mag tier rifle. Mag tier rifle requires the corpse

Scramble Rounds have been properly added to R&D
Mag Talon Pistol also now unlocks with Scramble Rounds
-Currently need to build them yourself still, as scramble rounds are the item given with project completion
BioAlloyPlatingProject now unlocks Gas Grenade Project in PG.
-gas grenade is still gated behind 2 corpses in this fashion, which is intended.
MK2 Scanner is now available
