AP Grenades are no longer free (you will get several pre-built from gatecrasher)
Ap Grenades Radius has been reduced by 1
Laptops are no longer infinite uses, and now use a charge based system. This can be disabled in configs, but all future updates will assume laptops having a charge limit.
Hardliners No longer are immune to mental effects
Hardliners are no longer immune to Electrical damage
Hardliners are no longer immune to flashes, instead having a 25% chance to resist at Tier 2 and 3
Knife Crit chance has been reduced, and now increases at you tier up.
Wraith Commandos no longer have overcharge, hopefully fixing the double gain of Focus on rend
