Tedster found my issue with holotargeter, shield, and rocket launcher... it was a typo.

So with that in mind holotargeter, shield, and rocket launcher are re-enabled on the mercenary, as well as the perks they would get from jack of all trades, wild card, high card, joker, and royal flush.

Disabled their ability to use holotargeters for now as like the Shield and Rocket Launcher apparently the same code that works for all the other weapons, does not work for these 3..... Can not find a solution right now but am trying
