Fixed the mod to work with the latest update. Now you can really go on a rampage through the outposts (in minecraft)

Now that the new patch fixed the health multiplier issue, the outpost NPC's have no choice but to become killable yet again. The armor of the security guards were given back (not that it will really change anything for them)

Outlawed nudity on Separatists Colonies. However the security officers went on strike and demanded their healthmultiplier back, so they hit the gym and now I'm afraid. While they were gone I took their body armor, though.

Not sure why the healthmultiplier does not seem to effect their health in game anymore, but it must be something with one of the new updates, so hopefully that will be fixed soon.

The Outposts are still destructible and rewireable, and the body armor of security npcs have been removed to try and mitigate the issue, but they are still a little bullet spongy.

Added New overrides in Outpost Generation and Outpost NPC Prefab xml Files, so that the newer npc's and Outposts have been modified as well.

Updated for 1.0 release of barotrauma.
Sets the health multiplier for each npc prefab that spawns in normal outposts to 1, as well as making normal outposts rewireable.
